📝 Synopsis
The landlord of Tsukare-sou is secretly a ghost who can astral-project whenever he climaxes, letting him freely possess residents. He repeatedly takes over the body of Mina, a married tenant in Room 201, using her for his own pleasure, even suppressing her husband's mind at one point, all without either of them remembering afterward.

💡 Editorial Review
A goofy, crude possession-NTR comedy. The ghost's shameless commentary and Mina's growing confusion carry the short story.
